Performance Sales Partners is operated by Sell Something LLC. These terms describe use of our website, inquiry and appointment tools, and optional text-message program for our HVAC, auto repair, and commercial cleaning sales services.

Inquiries, appointments and services

Provide accurate contact details and information you are authorized to share. Submitting an inquiry or requesting an appointment does not purchase a service or guarantee acceptance into a program. An appointment is confirmed only when you receive confirmation. Please contact us if you need to change or cancel it.

Paid coaching, recruiting and implementation services require a separate written agreement specifying scope, fees, responsibilities, and any performance or refund terms. General website descriptions do not replace that agreement. Business results depend on circumstances and implementation; no outcome is guaranteed except as expressly stated in your signed service agreement.

Optional SMS program

You may choose informational messages about requested reviews, inquiry responses, appointment confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes. A separate optional choice covers marketing messages about our services, programs and offers. You may select either, both, or neither. Consent is not required to submit an inquiry or buy services. Text messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies according to your interactions and selected message categories. Your mobile provider may charge for messages and data.

Stop, help and re-enrollment

To stop texts, reply STOP to the number that sent the message. We may send one confirmation of your opt-out, after which further program texts stop. To resume, complete our opt-in process again. For assistance, reply HELP or email [email protected]. Tell us if your number changes so we can keep our records current. Use only a number you own or are authorized to enroll.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive. Messaging availability depends on your carrier and device. SMS should not be used for emergencies.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information, including messaging consent. SMS choices are separate from accepting these website terms.

Appropriate use

Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with our systems, or provide confidential third-party information without permission. Our materials are provided to explain our services; reuse requires permission unless allowed by law.
